My First Guitar Pedal

Corin Jet Flanger & Filter Matrix My first guitar pedal I bought about 12 years ago! It was a Coron Jet Flanger & Filter Matrix. (The pedal on the picture is not my unit!)

I searched the newspaper for a guitar amplifier and I found an interesting one! When I wantetd to fetch it, the seller asked me if I want to have his old pedal, too! He gave it to me for 20 Deutsche Mark (=10 Euro)!!!

It’s a pretty cool pedal! It runs with two 9V-batteries or with AC & DC voltage! The flanger has got three potentiometers (speed, width, feedback) and two switches (filter matrix, width shift)!
The second stomp-switch is for an additional light distortion (it sounds a bit like a distortion +). You have got one potentiometer for the distortion-level. Both effects (distortion & flanger) can be run separated!

It’s a great flanger! You may have very flangy sounds and very light chorus sounds! Very special is the “filter matrix”-switch! This turns off the flangerĀ“s LFO … so your guitar sounds like played in a tiny metal-pipe ;) !
